What this site is
Citizenship Answers is a study aid for the U.S. citizenship (naturalization) civics test. It is not legal advice, and it is not affiliated with USCIS or the U.S. government. For legal questions about your case, talk to a licensed immigration attorney.
Accuracy of content
The questions and answers come from the official USCIS study materials (M-1778, 2025). Some answers, such as the names of current officeholders, change over time. Always confirm those at uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates before your interview. We are not responsible for the result of your interview.
Free and paid access
The 128 civics questions and answers are free. For a one-time payment of $9 you get lifetime access to the practice tools (exam simulator, audio, PDF, interview simulator, and progress) for your personal use. Access is for you and is not transferable.
Refunds and guarantee
If you fail the civics portion of your interview, email support@citizenshipanswers.com with your USCIS notice and we will refund your payment in full. We also refund any purchase on request within 30 days.
Acceptable use
Use the site for your own study. Do not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the paid tools.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We work to keep the content correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that you will pass, and we do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error free.
Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
